Trauma was made in 4th February of 2006 by Capz (drums/back vocals) and Jānis (guitar), both played in several bands before. Later Māris (vocals) joined the duo.
Traumas condition is to frustrate the audience with songs formed by oxymoronic convergence, thus expressing a sarcastic cheerfulness and nihilistic irony about mundane collisions. They have played more than 70 shows in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Belarus, Sweden, Poland, Czech republic, Germany, Slovakia and Denmark with lot of great bands.
